Maria has a  diploma of Remedial Massage & a Certificate 1V in Assessment Work Place & Training (2006).  Maria has taught Massage related subjects in both Government & Private Colleges in Melbourne and on the Gold Coast.  (Subjects: Relaxation Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Sports Injury Management, Physical Assessment, Clinic, Occupational Health & Safety & Communication).

Beginners Massage Workshop for Couples - Two day workshop $ 495 per person in a group or $595 per person in private classes for 2 people. Communication through touch is a massage course designed to awaken the nurturing part of our being.  It assists in facilitating growth in a relationship through encouraging clear and affective communication and therapeutic touch.  Communication through touch is primarily a massage course with the view of applying massage techniques in a nurturing, non sexual and relaxing manner.  The teaching method is unique yet simple.  The focus is on technique, flow & communication in a safe & nurturing environment.  As a Massage therapist with over 20 years experience, Maria has designed a course that is simple, effective and easy to learn.  Massage is often taught by way of a specific sequence (a set pattern of strokes) instead of concepts.  By learning and understanding the concepts, techniques and the importance of flow the student can experience massage as a creative art form, adding to it ones own individual style.
